At Mystic Matt, every item is made to order with intention, purpose, and a touch of magic. Whether it's a rad tech tee, an empowering tote, or a custom pair of Radiology Give Back Soles™, we want you to feel proud the moment you open your package.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — with kindness and clarity. ✨

✅ Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item is:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival 🛍️

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or product) 😕

🚫 What’s Not Eligible

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered

  • You had a change of heart, style, or mood (we totally get it, but... 💅)

  • The item matches your order and arrived in good condition

🛠️ How to Request Help

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at 📧 MysticMatt@myyahoo.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 7 business days.
If approved, you’ll receive either a replacement or refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

🎁 Returns & Exchanges

Because all Mystic Matt products are custom made to order:

  • We do not accept general returns or exchanges

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right

  • We’ll cover return shipping only if the issue was our mistake
