If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — with kindness and clarity. ✨

✅ Refunds & Replacements

We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.​

🚫 What’s Not Eligible

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if:

• More than 30 days have passed since your purchase

• The item has been worn, washed, or altered

• You had a change of heart, style, or mood (we totally get it, but... 💅)

• The item matches your order and arrived in good condition

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your request and get back to you within 7 business days.
If approved, you’ll receive either a replacement or refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.
